Fund for Victims of Terror Releases Annual Report

Since October 7, more than $23 million has been distributed to Israelis through the Federation-supported Fund for the Victims of Terror (FVOT), providing comprehensive, prolonged assistance for those dealing with sorrow, fear and uncertainty. Established 22 years ago by Federation’s longtime partner The Jewish Agency for Israel to help Israelis suffering rocket attacks and other trauma, FVOT has served as a beacon of resilience and compassion in the aftermath of October 7. Through support from the Annual Federation Campaign and the Israel Emergency Fund, FVOT responded immediately amidst the terrorist attacks to explore every possible avenue of support for victims and their families. In addition to providing financial assistance and meaningful guidance during great crises, the Fund has offered moments of tremendous joy and gratitude, such as with the respite enjoyed during summer camps for children.
