Miami Chapter of HaZamir Welcomes Its Yerucham Counterpart

Last week, Jewish teens from the Miami and Yerucham chapters of HaZamir, the International Jewish Teen Choir, performed together at the Miami Beach Senior Center and Beth David Day School. The group even made a special stop at Federation before heading to New York City, where they joined more than 400 HaZamir international participants for a memorable concert at Lincoln Center. The performances provided the teens with the opportunity to form close bonds and unite through music. The HaZamir program is part of the Miami-Yerucham Partnership, which develops meaningful people-to-people relationships between the two cities in order to strengthen both communities and to foster a love of Israel, Judaism and the Jewish people.
