Members of Miami’s Jewish community who are between the ages of 22 and 26 can now register for a free, 10-day Taglit-Birthright Israel trip to be led by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation during winter 2013. Federation is partnering with Israel Outdoors, the largest provider of Taglit-Birthright Israel trips, to offer these experiences exclusively for residents of Miami-Dade County.

Miami Mega Mission Reaches 700 Participants!

Miami Mega Mission 2012 now has 700 confirmed participants, making it the largest Jewish community mission to Israel in more than a decade. “The outpouring of interest and support for this trip has been overwhelming,” said Mega Mission Chair Saby Behar. “People understand that by participating in this trip, they are doing something meaningful, historic and life-changing.” The journey will take place April 22-May 1.
