Energy and Excitement at the 8th Annual CAJE Robotics Festival

Earlier this month, The Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE) held its Eighth Annual South Florida Jewish Day School Robotics Festival. Supported by the Eleanor M. and Herbert D. Katz Foundation and hosted by Scheck Hillel Community School, more than 200 students and educators from 11 South Florida Jewish day schools participated in the special day dedicated to robotics, engineering, coding, creativity and collaborative learning. Students completed a wide range of robotics-based challenges and activities that encouraged innovation, critical thinking, teamwork and hands-on learning. Educators and mentors from participating schools shared best practices and strengthened relationships across the South Florida Jewish educational community. CAJE is an agency of Federation.
