Federation Helps Jews Around the World Celebrate the High Holidays

Working with our overseas partners, Federation is ensuring our global Jewish family can welcome 5787 with the resources, support and community they need. In Israel, survivors of the Nova Music Festival and their families participated in programs designed to help navigate the emotional complexities that often accompany the holiday season. In Ofakim, one of the hardest hit areas on October 7, neighborhood initiatives brought residents together through family activities and communal celebrations that foster resilience and renewal. Ukrainian JCCs hosted festive celebrations, creative workshops and traditional intergenerational programs, while holiday food packages were distributed to nearly 9,000 vulnerable households throughout the country. A donation to the Annual Federation Campaign helps make this kind of support possible and reminds Jews everywhere that even if they are by themselves, they are never alone.
