New Allocations Helping Israelis Affected by Iranian Attacks

Through your support of the national Israel Emergency Fund (IEF), organized by Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), an additional $10 million is now helping Israelis whose needs increased dramatically due to the Israel-Iran War. The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is supporting a number of partner organizations throughout Israel that are providing financial assistance to victims of the Iranian attacks; aiding new immigrants and elderly Israelis; assisting Israeli hospitals — primarily Beersheva’s Soroka Medical Center, parts of which were heavily damaged by Iranian missiles — recruiting and deploying emergency workers; distributing basic search-and-rescue and first aid equipment; hiring case workers for seniors and more. Your generosity is also helping repair and improve bomb shelters, deliver mental health services, distribute prepared food and produce to vulnerable Israelis and fund a hotline for pregnant women. In addition to the newest $10 million IEF allocation, more than $742 million has been disbursed through the national effort. Click here to support increased needs in Israel now.
