Federation to Lead Advocacy Mission to Washington, D.C. in March

The Major Gifts Division and Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation will lead the third annual advocacy mission to our nation’s capitol on Wednesday and Thursday, March 2 and 3, 2011.

This exciting and informative trip will include meetings with key officials in the White House and Congress, face-to-face advocacy and networking with members of Florida’s Congressional delegation and high-level briefings by officials at the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA) and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Jonathan Awner and Robert Berrin are the Co-Chairs for this mission. There is a suggested minimum gift of $10,000 to the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign to participate in this mission. Please call 305.576.4000 for information on cost, transportation, lodging and more.
