Start your day with Jewishly inspired Yoga, with Jewish kavvanot/ intentions and Jewish prayers. was thinking we could have a theme each week connected to the parsha, do an opening prayer/intention. We could connect the poses to morning blessings such as modeh ani, elohai neshama, zokef kefufim etc. Namaste and Shalom!
