Avery Robinson is a culinary historian, educator, and a researcher. He has co-curated an exhibit on American Foodways: the Jewish contribution, and worked in bakeries in NYC and Tel Aviv, where he led shuk tours. Avery's day job is a researcher and editor for The Posen Library of Jewish Culture and Civilization. Avery is a FAN of doughnuts ans seeks them wherever he travels.
