Replenish Your Mind, Body and Soul Through “Yoga on the Beach”

Replenish your mind, body and soul through a “Yoga on the Beach” session inspired by Hebrew letters and presented by the Northeast Dade Area of Federation’s Women’s Philanthropy. Chaired by Karen Gampel and Ivette Woldenberg, the special event will take place on Tuesday, April 12 in Golden Beach, and feature guidance by a spiritual intelligence/Kabbalah coach and a yoga instructor.
