Limited space available for business class upgrade at a surcharge of $2,821 per person to above air and land package.

Group space also available on El Al Israel Airlines, round trip from JFK Airport in New York to Ben Gurion Airport:
Deduct $295 per person from above air and land package for coach class.
Add $2,604 per person to above air and land package for business class.

*In all rooms except quads, children must be 17 years of age or younger. In quads, children must be 14 years of age or younger.
Quads are based on limited availability. Also, we discourage children 7 and younger to be participants on the Family Mission.

Cancellation Policy


We are thrilled to advise you of the details of the Summer Family Mission to Israel. Since space is limited, please be sure to complete an application in its entirety and return it with your deposit of $500 per person for land only or $750 per person for land plus group air to secure your place. Land only deposit is fully refundable until April 1, 2014.

Your payment for your deposit will be processed upon request.

Carlton Hotel, Tel Aviv: June 9-10 (1 night)
Pastoral Kfar Blum Kibbutz: Galilee June 10-13 (3 nights)
David Citadel, Jerusalem: June 13-17 (4 nights)

A per person deposit is due upon registration.
50% of outstanding balance is due by February 3, 2014
Full payment due April 1, 2014

Land prices are based on standard/superior rooms. Any room upgrades will incur an additional charge and are based on availability.

Price includes; 1 night deluxe hotel in Tel Aviv; 3 nights in a kibbutz guest house; 4 nights plus late check-out in a deluxe hotel in Jerusalem; breakfast daily, 7 dinners and 6 lunches; 8 days of touring in deluxe air-conditioned motor bus; water on bus; English-speaking guide; security on bus; hostess, youth counselors; basic suggested gratuities; assistance at airport and transfers from and to Ben-Gurion Airport when traveling with the group flights; entrance fees per itinerary; medical and accident insurance in Israel.

Not included
Any meals not mentioned above; any alcohol or wine with meals (unless provided); airport transfers, if not with mission flights; early hotel check-in, if you arrive before the trip; any passport charges; excess baggage charges; any items of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, internet, etc.); anything not mentioned above.

Cancellations
Group air: Cancellation fee of $150 per person coach air ticket or $250 per person business class air ticket after March 14, 2014. Tickets are Non-Refundable after April 25, 2014.

Change fees:
Change fees from the airline will be charged directly to the participant. Fees may vary based on type of change.

Airfare price is subject to change based on fuel surcharged and taxes imposed by the airlines. Group flight itineraries are also subject to change.

Cancellation Land:
There will be a cancellation fee of $1,000 per person after April 1, 2014. No refunds will be made after May 2, 2014. There are no refunds for any part of the mission cancelled once in Israel.

Travel Insurance:
All participants on the Family Mission 2014 are covered for medical insurance while in Israel through The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). There is no trip cancellation insurance covered by JFNA/GMJF.

JFNA/GMJF recommends that all mission participants review their own personal insurance coverage needs with their insurance advisors to determine if additional travel insurance is required. This would cover items such as reimbursement for trip delay, missed connections, sickness and/or accident medical expenses, lost baggage, personal effects, baggage delay, etc.
