Ethiopian-Israeli Initiative Committee

Oversees projects in the Ethiopian-Israeli community. The committee makes recommendations for programming, evaluates the effectiveness and integration of programming, and makes recommendations to the Federation’s Israel and Overseas Committee. This includes developing the overall plan, the proposed budget, and recommendations for other programming to enhance the success of the project.

Committee members review grant proposals and makes funding decisions for this area. There are approximately three committee meetings per year, as well as educational opportunities.
