Description

This luncheon honors and celebrates the achievements, volunteer service and philanthropy of 9 women in Miami-Dade who have made a positive impact on our community. Barbara Black Goldfarb will receive the BESSIE Award for her leadership and service to the Jewish community. Other honorees include: Maria Alonso, Pres. & CEO United Way,

Gabriela Rachadell de Delgado, attorney and philanthropist; Cindy Hutson, Chef/Owner Ortanique restaurant & Culinary Ambassador to Miami Cancer Institute; Virginia Jacko, Pres. & CEO Lighthouse for the Blind; Laurie Jennings, Channel 10 News Anchor; Annie Neasman, Pres. & CEO Jessie Trice Community Health Centers; Darlene Perez, ARNP, Healthcare advocate and philanthropist.



The signature event of Plaza Health Network Foundation, funds raised support innovative programs and services that are above and beyond basics covered by Medicare, Medicaid and Insurances.
