Event Details

Description

The Annual Porto Vita Celebration of Life Dinner celebrates the lifesaving work of Magen David Adom and the impact the organization has on Israelis and people around the world. The evening includes a cocktail reception, gourmet dinner, and a prominent guest speaker.

Magen David Adom is Israel’s national ambulance, blood-services, and disaster-relief organization, serving as emergency medical first-responders for the state’s 8.6 million people. MDA is the only organization mandated by the Israeli government to serve in this role, but it’s not a government agency, so it relies on people like you for funding. Through your gift, you’re saving lives.

American Friends of Magen David Adom (AFMDA) is the largest supporter of MDA worldwide.

AFMDA is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our federal tax ID number is 13-1790719
