Description

London, 1953. Louise, a former Red Cross worker, finds a necklace in a secondhand shop that revives memories of Nazi-occupied Europe and her friend Franny’s mysterious wartime death. Convinced of a connection, she travels to Paris with Ian, her former boss and romantic interest. Their investigation leads to Levitan—a once-grand department store turned Nazi prison—and to Helaine, a Jewish woman separated from her husband during the war. As Louise unravels the truth, she confronts secrets long buried. Inspired by real events, Last Twilight in Paris is a gripping mystery and a powerful story of resistance, sacrifice, and enduring love in the darkest of times.
