Description

What does it mean to be a leader of the community?

What does it mean to be a leader? Is it the person out front leading the group or is it someone who steps back for others to step in? In Judaism, the Torah teaches that there are different ways to be a leader. At tonight’s session you will meet accomplished community leaders that have chosen to utilize their time, talent and treasure in service to our Jewish community and learn about the driver of community leadership, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. We will also study different examples of leadership in the Torah and engage in activities with the support of a leadership coach to help you identify your strengths and how best to use them in service to our Miami Jewish community.
