JCC-U Virtual Summer Series - Israeli Dreams During the Israel-Hamas War
Please join us on Wednesday, August 20 at 1:00 PM for our concluding JCC-U Virtual Summer Series with Dr. Shani Pitcho. We will be in conversation with her about "Israeli Dreams During the Israel-Hamas War."
Dr. Shani Pitcho, a professor in the Department of Social Work at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, for a discussion on how the war with Hamas has impacted the Israeli psyche and subconscious. A researcher and clinician specializing in trauma, loss and bereavement, Dr. Pitcho has been studying how exposure to the horrors of the October 7th attack – and the resulting trauma – have been reflected in the dreams of the Israeli population.
