Event Details
Description
The Levi Yitzchok Senior Academy is a daily study program for senior citizens. This program is great especially during isolation since it is completely via computer or telephone. There are two tracks. The morning track is from 10AM - 11AM and will study the Talmud and Jewish Mysticism. The afternoon program is from 3PM - 4PM and will study the following topics: The book of Judges, Insights from Rabbi Jonathon Sacks - former chief rabbi of England, insights from the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Code of Jewish Law and Chassidic Stories with their messages. All participants will be eligible to receive a monthly stipend if they give in a weekly essay on a subject of their choice that was studied that week.
