Description

The Legacy Heritage OnBoard program, offered regionally, is a lay leadership program for a cohort of promising board members of a community’s Jewish organizations. The program supports board development and the capacity building of the organizations. Not-for-profit Jewish organizations participate in the selection of promising board members (fellows) to join the program. Components of OnBoard include: seminars on topics such as finance and fundraising, Jewish learning, and work on a board project.
