Description
Please bring:
1. A yoga mat or blanket (Don’t worry; we’ll have extra mats and blankets and chairs for those who prefer to sit.)
2. A small towel or eye mask to cover your eyes during the sound bath (optional)
3. Your friends and family!All are welcome, whether or not you are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
