Join us at The Hub to kick off our new series, The Israeli Songbook, presented by Moshe Bonen and featuring the music, inspiration, and stories behind the songs with special guest David Broza!

The Israeli Songbook is a new program and collaboration celebrating the richness of Israeli music, hosted and led by Israeli musician and radio broadcaster Moshe Bonen. Each event will bring together some of Israel’s most beloved artists for an intimate blend of conversation in English, personal stories behind the artists’ songs, and live performances. From unforgettable melodies to untold anecdotes, the audience will experience the heart of Israeli music in a unique and soulful setting where stories and songs come alive together.


About David Broza:

David Broza is an internationally renowned Israeli singer-songwriter, recognized for his dynamic guitar performances and humanitarian efforts. His signature sound brings together songs in Hebrew, Spanish, and English, with the influence of Spanish flamenco, American folk, rock and roll, and poetry. Social justice and peace advocacy are embedded in Broza’s work, as his 1977 hit song Yihye Tov remains an Israeli peace anthem. He has over 40 albums released, many of which are multi-platinum.

Broza’s travels have contributed to his international sound and commitment to human connection, storytelling, and equality.


He is the founder of non-profit One Million Guitars, which provides underprivileged school children around the world with a hand-crafted guitar and the foundation of a musical education.

Since October 7, 2023, David Broza has performed over 120 free concerts throughout Israel, going wherever he is needed to provide some respite from the pain and PTSD experienced by people all over the country.

Broza’s charismatic, vibrant, and passionate energy is far-reaching and carries global impact. He is an extraordinary entertainer, an industry innovator, and an inspired humanitarian.

About Moshe Bonen:
Moshe Bonen is an Israeli-born, Miami-based multi-faceted musician, composer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. His original work has been featured in campaigns for leading global brands—including Nike, Amazon, Ford, IBM, and Estée Lauder—as well as in short films and documentaries showcased at prestigious festivals such as Cannes Lions.
In addition to his creative work, Moshe is an esteemed music journalist and a former radio broadcaster on Israel’s leading station, Galgalatz. Known for his thoughtful, in-depth interviews, he brings a unique blend of storytelling, musical versatility, and cultural insight to every project.
Whether composing, producing, or leading on-stage conversations, Moshe’s talent is defined by authenticity, resonance, and the ability to meet any creative challenge with artistry and depth.
