Description
The Women’s Passover Seder will be led by community leaders - Temple Judea, Temple Beth Am, Temple Bet Shira, Beth David, Congregation Dor Chadash - and the Haggadah to be used will have been created for participants of all ages to experience the ritual of the Passover Seder from the unique perspective of women.
“We will be reading a Haggadah that is a compilation from women’s Seders in years past, while weaving into it some of the current themes and issues of today, keeping our Seder relevant, meaningful and uplifting,” expressed Rabbi Judith Siegal, Senior Rabbi of Temple Judea.
As part of this year’s celebration of freedom there will be singing and dancing, eating traditional Passover foods represented on the Seder plate and many opportunities to talk and discuss a wide variety of topics.
