Youth Renewal Fund (YRF) is the strategic and philanthropic partner of the Darca Schools Network in Israel. Darca invests in innovative education throughout Israel's most underserved communities as a means of improving social mobility. In this last year, there has been significant growth in the Darca Schools network. Darca manages 43 institutions and serves over 24,000 students and 2300 faculty, providing individualized support and resources, and assistance for families in communities that are most vulnerable. Darca is also achieving unprecedented results with a 93% network-wide bagrut matriculation rate, often surpassing that of Israel’s most affluent communities, and far-surpassing those of competing educational networks and the national average of 58%. Data published by Israel’s Ministry of Education ranked Darca as the leading education network across the country. We are dramatically changing education in Israel! And, with that, we are bringing positive social and economic change!
