Women's Amutot Initiative

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation works to enrich the quality of Jewish life in Miami and in more than 70 countries by providing a safety net for the vulnerable and building Jewish knowledge, identity and peoplehood.

In Israel, Federation is changing lives by helping to settle immigrants, assisting in times of crisis, providing support to vulnerable populations like seniors and at-risk youth, and engaging in special partnerships with various communities. One of the Federation’s areas of focus in Israel is the Women’s Amutot Initiative, where we support organizations that empower women to improve Israeli society through social, economic, religious, and political equality. This initiative focuses exclusively on the needs and welfare of women and girls in Israel, promoting social change by applying a gender lens and utilizing strategic grant making. Your donation helps support this important initiative, empowers women and creates a lasting impact.
