Announcing the All-New JewishMiami.org

Miami's Jewish community has an all-new online home! The Greater Miami Jewish Federation has completely redesigned JewishMiami.org to include a wide array of helpful, interesting and fun features. Best of all, because this is a community website, there are countless opportunities for you to share your own news, photos and videos, as well as meet and interact with others online.

What's Nu?

First, what hasn't changed? You'll still find the Community Calendar and Federation News on JewishMiami.org, along with the opportunity to make online reservations to Federation events and online donations to the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign. But now there is even more to see and do.

You'll find detailed information about Federation and other Jewish organizations, world news and advocacy tools, just to name a few items. And check these out:

This new online, user-generated newspaper is the go-to place to learn about people, places and programs in Miami's Jewish community. Be a part of these pages by posting your organization's news, sending mazel tovs to your friends and family, and posting your comments, too. Don’t Miss Miami’s Jewish Community Study

Don’t miss your last chance to participate in the Miami Jewish Community Study! The Miami-Dade Jewish Community Study is a once-a-decade study sponsored by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and conducted by the Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies at Brandeis University in partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago. The study will provide vital information on the number and makeup of Jewish households in Miami-Dade County, as well as their attitudes and needs.

For the first time in the history of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, two women assume the organization’s top leadership positions. Lily Serviansky will become Chair of the Board and Mojdeh Khaghan Danial will serve as General Campaign Chair, following their installation at Federation’s 86th Annual Meeting, on Thursday, May 30 at 5:30 p.m. at the Jungle Island Ballroom.
