Headlines You Can't Ignore

THESE ARE TODAY’S HEADLINES. News reports are filled with concern over the increase in anti-Semitism in Ukraine, Europe, South America, the Middle East and even in the United States with the recent attack on the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City.

RIGHT NOW, the unity of the Jewish people sends the strongest possible message to vulnerable Jews in isolated communities the world over, as well as those in Israel and in our midst. It says, “We are with you. You are not alone.”

THE BEST WAY to demonstrate collective action, solidarity and support of the Jewish people is through an individual gift to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign. That is how we address everyday and emergency needs, organize communities and keep Jews secure throughout the world.

YOUR ONE GIFT says you care deeply about the future of the Jewish people and you agree that Jews must stand together and speak out with one voice, as a strong and unified Jewish community – today and always.

TOGETHER, we care for those in need, strengthen Jewish life and safeguard the unity, values and shared purpose of the Jewish people.

And that is the best possible defense against those who seek to harm us.

Because if it is not safe to be a Jew everywhere, then it is not safe to be a Jew anywhere.

If you have already made a gift this year to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign, we thank you. Please consider making an additional gift at this challenging time.

If you haven’t yet made a gift, please join in solidarity with our Jewish family and make your voice heard through a contribution to the Federation/UJA Campaign.

To make a gift securely online, click here. To make a gift by phone, call 305.576.4000. Or you may send your check by mail to Greater Miami Jewish Federation, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33137.
