Youth Mental Health & Wellness Collective Impact Initiative

The mental health of young people has been an increasing concern in recent year. During Mental Health Awareness Month, the Jewish community of Miami-Dade County would like your input and insight on this topic to assess needs and ensure appropriate services are available. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for your time, you will be entered into a raffle for one of 10 $50 gift cards.
