The Foundation Supports the Jewish Community

You may be surprised to learn that The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is the single largest contributor to the Annual Federation/UJA Campaign. This year, The Foundation will contribute $3.1 million to the Annual Campaign, thanks to the careful consideration of more than 100 generous donors who created endowed gifts by including Federation in their estate plans or through retirement funds, insurance policies or lifetime gifts. This allocation represents a five percent increase from last year. “I am humbled by these numbers and grateful to those who have come before us — leaders in our community who will be forever remembered for their generosity and foresight,” said Foundation Chair Sidney Pertnoy. You can read their stories in the Book of Life. To learn how you can create a legacy, contact Foundation Director Scott Kaplan at [email protected] or 786.866.8623.
