Join Your Jewish Community for the 30th Anniversary of the AMIA Bombing

Commemorate the 30th anniversary of the AMIA Jewish Community Center bombing in Argentina with your Jewish community on Thursday, July 25 at 7 p.m. at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center (ATJC). Sponsored by AJC Miami and Broward and AJC Belfer Institute for Latino and Latin American Affairs, the evening will be hosted by ATJC’s Latin American Task Force. The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is proud to join dozens of other co-sponsors and participating organizations for an important evening of remembrance of the deadliest antisemitic attack outside Israel since the Holocaust. Featured guest speaker David Harris, a lifelong Jewish activist who led AJC for more than 30 years, will be joined by Consul General of Argentina in Miami Marcelo Gilardoni and Mayor of Miami-Dade County Daniella Levine Cava. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. For more information and to RSVP, click here.
