Register Now For the Ministering to the Elderly Conference

It’s not too late to plan to attend the 27th Annual Ministering to the Elderly Conference, taking place on Thursday, June 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the campus of Miami Jewish Health. Presented by Federation’s Mishkan Miami, Jewish Community Services of South Florida and Miami Jewish Health, the educational workshop offers a practical forum for caring professionals and community and spiritual leaders, in addition to those concerned with enriching the lives of seniors. Themed this year Mindfully Navigating the Caregiving Journey: Caring for Others as We Care for Ourselves, the conference is offered at $36 per person and includes lunch and the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits. The Miami-Dade Jewish Community Study is a once-a-decade study sponsored by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and conducted by the Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies at Brandeis University in partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago.
