Celebrate Tu B’Shevat With Jewish Miami

Join your Jewish community on Sunday, February 9 for With Roots in Heaven: Healing on Earth Pre-Tu B’Shevat Seder, presented by Federation’s Mishkan Miami. Taking place at Federation and chaired by Joy Spill, the program will feature a festive and mystical ceremony with song, fruits of the land of Israel, prayer and reflection based on a joyous Tu B’Shevat Haggadah. The Jewish holiday of Tu B’Shevat celebrates the wondrous natural world around us and especially Israel as the ancestral home of the Jewish people. This year will focus on healing the trauma in Israel and expressing our hopes, dreams and aspirations for reconciliation and peace. Light kosher refreshments will be served. There is no cost to attend, but a $10 donation is appreciated. To RSVP or learn more, click here.
