Get Inspired by the Book of Life

Learn what motivates people to create a Jewish legacy through The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and find inspiration to establish your own by reading the personal stories of donors in the Book of Life. Launched by The Foundation in March 2022, the Book of Life is an online album with more than 60 profiles of generous individuals, couples and families who have decided to make a legacy gift by including Federation and/or any of our Create a Jewish Legacy partner organizations in their estate plan. Reading these stories, you will discover fascinating family histories — including many with deep roots in Miami-Dade County — stories of ancestors who modeled tzedakah (social justice) and instilled their Jewish values in their children and grandchildren m’dor l’dor, (from generation to generation). Take a moment to enjoy these meaningful testimonials. If you would like to share your own story in the Book of Life, please contact Scott Kaplan, Foundation Director, at [email protected] or 786.866.8623.
