Mayor Press Conference Wrap Up

Fifteen community leaders, including 10 mayors, spoke during a Miami-Dade Mayors Press Conference Denouncing Antisemitism hosted yesterday by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation's Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC). Highlighted by Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine-Cava, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez and Hialeah Mayor Steve Bovo, all of the speakers forcefully condemned the global rise in antisemitism and stood in solidarity with Israel. Federation Chair of the Board Ariel Bentata and JCRC Chair Mojdeh Khaghan Danial were joined by our partners at ADL, AJC and the Israeli Consulate. South Florida's four news stations, CBS4, NBC6, WSVN7 and Local 10, covered the event. The program was co-sponsored by the Shine A Light on Antisemitism initiative.
