On the Ground in Ukraine: Reports From the Front Lines of the Refugee Crisis

Following five months of images and videos coming out of Ukraine, now you can hear firsthand reports from three people who have personally helped or met with refugees and those on the ground in Ukraine and Poland. On Tuesday, August 16, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation will present a special webinar on the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Stories will be shared by Elise Udelson, Women’s Philanthropy Campaign Chair; Oksana Galkevich of Federation’s overseas partner the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC); and Dr. Enrique Ginzburg, a Miami-area trauma surgeon who administered critical care to individuals injured in the war and trained dozens of other local physicians serving in the war zone. This is one virtual event you do not want to miss! There is no cost to attend. Click here for more information and to RSVP. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
