Israeli Robotics Teams Reaches New Heights

Mazel tov to the Y-Team, Yerucham's robotics team for winning the 2019 Chairman’s Award for Israel and being selected to represent Israel in the World Championships in Detroit. After dueling in Detroit, the budding engineers will visit Miami’s Jewish day schools to help prepare students and teachers for upcoming robotics tournaments, as part of the Miami Jewish Day School Robotics Initiative. The program integrates robotics curriculum into elementary classrooms at various Federation-supported Miami Jewish day schools and highlights the positive impact the Miami-Yerucham Partnership is having in both communities.
