Greater Miami Jewish Federation, its JCRC and RAGM condemn Reawaken America Tour appearance in Doral

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation, its Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) and the Rabbinical Association of Greater Miami (RAGM) are outraged that the Reawaken America Tour will be in Miami-Dade County this Friday and Saturday. By hosting the conference, the Trump National Doral Miami is providing space for extremists to spread hate. We call upon them to cancel their contract with event organizers.

The tour is a series of controversial far-right conferences held across the United States featuring prominent QAnon influencers, anti-vaxx activists and election fraud conspiracy theorists according to the Anti-Defamation League. Multiple speakers are known to be Nazi supporters who promote antisemitic conspiracy theories.

Miami’s Jewish community is thriving, vibrant and diverse and will not be intimidated by supremacists who have chosen South Florida as a place to spread despicable, hateful ideologies rooted in hostility toward our community and other minority communities.

Our Office of Community Security is working closely with our partners in law enforcement and the Secure Community Network (SCN) to monitor the situation. At this time there are no known threats to the local Jewish community. We will continue to provide updates as appropriate.
