Masa Israel Journey Offers Gap Year Options

Many American universities are planning to offer remote learning in the fall due to the coronavirus pandemic and some students are feeling reticent about the transition to online learning. For those looking for an alternative, this year provides an opportunity to explore gap year options with Masa Israel Journey. Supported by your donations to the Annual Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign, Masa provides young adults ages 18-30 with immersive, life-changing journeys. While Israel remains closed to tourists, Masa participants receive a special visa that allows them to enter the country. With more than 200 courses lasting five to 12 months, the options are endless. Participants strengthen their connection to Israel and commitment to Jewish life. Since Masa’s founding in 2004, more than 150,000 young people from more than 60 countries have joined in its programs. Click here for more information and to apply.
