REFUAT HA-NEFESH FELLOWS SPIRITUAL CARE PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM 2021-22
Directions: We are particularly interested in both your reasons for wanting to join the program and the skills you might bring to your volunteering, so please fill out this form completely. Once we have a fully completed application, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
NOTE: Our interactive hybrid program this year will be conducted via ZOOM and in person at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. We will help you with Zoom. Also, the program has a volunteer component. However, it can be done in person or virtually, so that you do not have to visit with people face-to-face. We will help you develop your volunteer participation.
As missiles rained down and everyone took shelter, Federation did what it does best: organized a swift response, located resources and brought people together.
Through your support of the Israel Emergency Fund (IEF), an additional $10 million is now helping Israelis whose needs have increased dramatically since the start of the Israel-Iran war.
Longtime Federation Board member, Forever Pacesetter and highly involved volunteer Shelly Brodie will become the new Chair of The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, effective July 1.
Preschoolers at the Herman & Miriam Tauber Academy raised $800 to help children in Federation’s partner city of Yerucham buy necessary school supplies.
The Mission of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is to mobilize human and financial resources to care for those in need, strengthen Jewish life and advance the unity, values and shared purpose of the Jewish people in Miami, in Israel and around the world.
