Please mark your calendars for FIU’s 7th Annual Holocaust & Genocide Awareness Week, presented by the Holocaust & Genocide Studies Program, Hillel at FIU, and the Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU. Join us January 23-28, 2022 for a stimulating series of in person, hybrid, and online exhibition openings, panel discussions, and films. Topics range from rescued Czech Torah scrolls to the legacy of slavery, from the massacre at Babi Yar to a VR Holocaust testimony storytelling experience, from the “new” antisemitism to our annual Holocaust Remembrance Ceremony and more.
