Guest speaker is Consul Kasa Bainesay Harbor, born in Ethiopia. In 1991 at the age of 10, she emigrated to Israel with her family. Before being assigned to Miami, She served as the Deputy Ambasador at the Israeli Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar and Deputy Ambassador in Wellington, New Zealand. Kasa holds an MA. from Tel-Aviv University in Public Policy and a B.A from Hebrew University in International Relations and Education She is fluent in Amharic, Hebrew and English.
