Description

Shoham is a gem in the heart of Israel. Minutes from Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion International Airport and 30 minutes to Jerusalem, Shoham sits perched on a hilltop surrounded by nature and abundant parks throughout the community. With an award winning education system, abundant and active cultural and sport activities and a large industrial and tech park providing many employment opportunities.

Shoham is a mixed community that offers opportunities for families from across the religious spectrum and is now expanding with a beautiful new neighborhood providing new housing opportunities for veteran Israelis and new olim alike. The new neighborhood, Hadarim, will have 1,420 residential units with a variety of home styles and sizes and include 360 apartments reserved for long-term rentals and subsidized prices.

The Mayor, Eitan Patigro, town council and Chief Rabbi David Stav are committed to attracting North American Olim families to help grow the new neighborhood with an attractive package of special olim benefits found nowhere else in Israel.
