Description

Retreat Yourself is a peer-led learning retreat sponsored through Moishe House. This retreat is intented for Young Jewish Professionals ages 22-35 and focuses on Judaism, health and wellness. It will be held at the Hyatt Place in Marathon, FL in the Florida Keys. This weekend will encourage participants to rediscover what Judaism means to them, relax from the week, and learn how to combine a healthy lifestyle with Jewish traditions.

Sessions include:
- kosher doesn’t always mean eating well
- how Shavuot is tied to wellness
- Spa-vdallah

We will have access to the beach, a yoga class and the resort pools. This retreat is held in an unkosher facility and food will be pescatarian. Please reach out to Brandi at [email protected] with any additional questions. Signups close May 3, 2019.
