The Unexpected Gift of Trauma: The Path to Posttraumatic Growth is a groundbreaking approach to transformation after trauma from leading clinical psychologist, Dr. Edith Shiro. Developed over more than twenty-five years of research and practice, her five-stage framework answers the essential question:
