About Our Speaker, Ianna Raim

Ianna Raim is a certified professional life and “career revival” coach who works to help individuals and small business owners re-energize their careers so that they find more meaning and get better results at work and at home.

With her unique and proven energy leadership coaching system, she empowers clients to think differently about their environment, their peers, their employees and themselves. By supporting them to challenge the status quo and the behaviors that may be working against them, Ianna helps people and organizations make transformational change.

Ianna’s coaching career was preceded by over 20 years in business where she successfully founded several companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, import and export finance and telecommunications.

As a professional speaker, Ianna has delivered motivational and strategy presentations to a number of organizations and non-profit groups, as well as to her many private client organizations.

Ianna is a Harvard-trained MBA, and a graduate of Brown University. She is a board member at Weinbaum Yeshiva High School in Boca Raton. She is also an active participant in Two’s Company, a JCS program that pairs Holocaust survivors with volunteers. Ianna is a native of Miami, married to Jacks Sterenfeld and has four daughters. She lives in Bay Harbor Islands.
