From the East/Miami Beach (I-95)

·      Travel West on either I-395 (MacArthur Causeway) or

I-195 (Julia Tuttle Causeway).

·      Merge onto I-95 South.

·      Take Exit 1B for SW 8th Street/SW 7th Street to Brickell Avenue.

·      At intersection, keep left and travel straight one block on SW 4th Ave.

·      Turn left onto SW 8th Street.

·      Drive on 8th Street past South Miami Avenue and the EAST Miami hotel entrance and then turn left into our parking garage before reaching the elevated Metromover track.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the building lobby (first floor); check in with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the North (Downtown)

·      Merge onto either Biscayne Boulevard (South) or NE 2nd Avenue (South).

·      Cross over the Miami River onto Brickell Avenue.

·      Take Brickell Avenue to SE 7th Street; turn right.

·      Travel underneath the elevated Metromover track and immediately turn left into our parking garage.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the building lobby (first floor); then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the North (I-95)

·      Head south on I-95.

·      Take Exit 1B for SW 8th Street/SW 7th Street to Brickell Avenue.

·      At intersection, keep left and travel straight one block on SW 4th Ave.

·      Turn left onto SW 8th Street.

·      Drive on 8th Street past South Miami Avenue and the EAST Miami hotel entrance and then turn left into our parking garage before reaching the elevated Metromover track.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the main lobby; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the South (I-95 to 8th Street)

·      Head north on US-1.

·      Continue straight onto I-95 N.

·      Take Exit 1B toward SW 8th Street/Brickell Avenue.

·      Turn right onto SW 8th Street.

·      Drive on 8th Street past South Miami Avenue and the EAST Miami hotel entrance and then turn left into our parking garage before reaching the elevated Metromover track.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the main lobby; check in with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the South (US-1 to Brickell Avenue)

·      Head north on US-1

·      Take Brickell Avenue to SE 7th Street; turn left.

·      Travel underneath the elevated Metromover track and immediately turn left into our parking garage.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the main lobby; check in with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the West (836)

·      Head south on I-95.

·      Take Exit 1B for SW 8th Street/SW 7th Street to Brickell Avenue.

·      At intersection, keep left and travel straight one block on SW 4th Ave.

·      Turn left onto SW 8th Street.

·      Drive on 8th Street past South Miami Avenue and the EAST Miami hotel entrance and then turn left into our parking garage before reaching the elevated Metromover track.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the main lobby; check in with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

From the West (Coral Way)

·      Head east on Coral Way (SW 22nd Street).

·      Merge onto SW 3rd Avenue.

·      Continue on SW 13th St. until Brickell Avenue and then turn left.

·      Take Brickell Avenue to SE 7th Street; turn left.

·      Travel underneath the elevated Metromover track and immediately turn left into our parking garage.

·      Once you park, take the garage elevators to the building lobby (first floor); check in

with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the

11th floor.

Transit – From the North

·      Take the Metrorail northbound.

·      Exit at Brickell Station.

·      Take the Metromover - Brickell Loop to Brickell City Centre Station. Head downstairs to the street level.

·      Turn left on SE 7th Street, pass the parking garage entrance, and enter our building on the left. Check in with security; then take the Akerman elevators to the 11th floor.

Transit – From the South

·      Take the Metrorail northbound.

·      Exit at Brickell Station.

·      Take the Metromover - Brickell Loop to Eighth Street Station to arrive at Three Brickell City Centre.

·      Turn left on SE 7th Street, pass the parking garage entrance, and enter our building on the left.
