Lauren B. Leichtman

LLCP FOUNDING PARTNER AND CO-CHAIRPERSON OF THE EXECUTIVE AND INVESTMENT COMMITTEES

Lauren Leichtman co-founded LLCP in 1984 and currently serves as Co-Chairperson of the Firm's Executive and Investment Committees. In this capacity, Lauren is actively involved in the oversight of LLCP's strategic direction, firm management and investment activities. Lauren has substantial experience originating, acquiring and managing middle market companies.

Prior to co-founding LLCP, Lauren practiced as a lawyer, including with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Lauren received a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and an L.L.M. from Columbia Law School. Lauren has been married to Arthur Levine since 1979.

Arthur Levine co-founded LLCP in 1984 and currently serves as Co-Chairperson of the Firm's Executive and Investment Committees. In this capacity, Arthur is actively involved in the oversight of LLCP's strategic direction, firm management and investment activities.

Prior to co-founding LLCP, Arthur invested in and was President of Westwood One, a radio syndicate. Arthur has substantial experience in the operational management of and value creation for middle market companies. Arthur received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Arthur has been married to Lauren Leichtman since 1979.
