In this time of social and physical isolation, it is more important than ever to lean on each other for support. Mishkan Miami, Federation’s Connection for Spiritual Support, is offering a Jewish Caregiver Support Group. The virtual group helps those who are looking after loved ones during the pandemic develop strategies and skills to cope with the stress and isolation of caregiving. The support group, facilitated by licensed clinical social workers and chaplains, takes place the first and third Wednesdays of each month, beginning October 7 from 4-5:30 p.m. Space is limited. For more information, click here or contact Rabbi Frederick Klein at [email protected] or 305.562.1235.
