Young Leadership Division Adulting Bios

Alexandra Quitko Baranski, CPA, serves as a Wealth Advisor at Omnia Family Wealth where she focuses on building and maintaining relationships with the firm’s client families. In her day-to-day, Alexandra discusses a broad spectrum of wealth-related topics with clients to solve their financial challenges including investment and planning strategy; estate and tax planning; risk management and succession planning.

Prior to her role at Omnia, she served as a Client Portfolio Associate of Family Office Services at Geller Advisors in New York, NY. She has also worked at J.P Morgan Securities and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alexandra holds a B.A. and M.A. in accounting from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. She also holds both the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Alexandra is actively involved in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, serving on the Young Leadership Division Board. She enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her husband Adam and their French bulldog, Champ, at their home in Parkland.

Andrew Gindea is an attorney licensed in NY and FL and has been practicing law for close to a decade. Originally from Lawrence, NY, Andrew has worked for firms (both in New York and Florida) whose practice areas include estate planning, probate, asset protection and family law. Andrew is currently pursuing his LLM (Masters of Law) in Estate Planning from the Heckerling Graduate Program at the University of Miami.

Andrew currently lives in Hollywood, Florida and enjoys sports (golf in particular) and spending time with friends (in socially-distant and safe ways).






Robert Newman, ChFC, has been in the Financial Services Industry since 1999. He is Managing Partner of National Planning Corporation. Robert leads the organization in its mission to provide sound financial advice and design wealth strategies across a wide spectrum of financial planning areas including insurance, investments, retirement, business succession, estate analysis, wealth management and executive/employee group benefits. He also directs the firm’s corporate vision and its long-term planning objectives.

Throughout his professional career, Robert has received numerous industry awards including GAMA’s Brian H. Early Frontline Award, the Centurion Award and NAIFA’s National Quality Award. He was recently inducted into Guardian Life’s Circle of Excellence (Hall of Fame) in 2017.

Robert was born in Miami Beach, where he still resides with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters, Stella and Olivia. He enjoys giving back to his community through civic and philanthropic involvement and serves in leadership roles at Jewish Community Services of South Florida, Ransom Everglades School Alumni Board and other local organizations. He is Past Chairman of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Professional Advisory Council.

He earned his B.A. at Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. in business administration at the University of Miami with a dual degree in finance and international business.

Michael Wagner, CFP, is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Omnia Family Wealth. He is responsible for the ongoing operational and business strategy of Omnia, as well as ongoing analysis of each client-family relationship and development of Omnia’s team. He also participates in the firm’s investment committee, where he assists in manager selection, analysis and risk management. Michael also functions as the firm’s Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to joining Omnia Family Wealth, Michael spent several years working with the team as a Private Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch. He was also a Financial Advisor at UBS Private Wealth Management. He holds the CFP certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Michael is an avid photographer and is also heavily involved with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, where he sits on the board of directors and several committees. He is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Agency Support Committee.

Michael received his B.A. in economics from Brandeis University and resides in Fort Lauderdale.
