The Young Leadership Division Is Your LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Connection

The Young Leadership Division provides wonderful ways to develop your leadership skills. We are guided by a volunteer board and are always looking for talented, dedicated and motivated people to take on leadership positions.

Our Leadership Development Institute (LDI), a five-part monthly program starting every November, helps you grow and learn valuable new skills. In addition, Federation’s Human Resource Development Department offers numerous opportunities for leadership development and education.

Finally, because the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is a member of The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA, the umbrella organization for federations across the United States and Canada), the Young Leadership Division offers opportunities for you to become involved in the Jewish community on a national level. Read more about this on JFNA’s National Young Leadership page.
