Investment Committee

The Investment Committee’s responsibility is to oversee the management of the Federation’s endowment assets. The Committee’s decisions are guided by a written investment policy with the goal of achieving a return that will help the Federation meet the spending needs of the community today while securing the endowment for future generations. The Investment Committee meets quarterly to review investment performance and otherwise as necessary to implement its investment policy. The Committee consists of nine volunteers, all investment professionals, or seasoned investors. An outside consultant and a series of specialized investment managers work with the Committee to implement the established asset allocation formula. CFO Oksana Cardini, Foundation Director Scott Kaplan, and Senior Investment Analyst Gabriel Simkin provide staff support.
